Installation of CD Library 4.0

Step 1 Click ˇ§OKˇ¨ to continue


Step 2 Click ˇ§Nextˇ¨ to continue


Step 3 Click ˇ§Nextˇ¨ to continue


Step 4 Make sure Destination folder is like following


C:\Program Files\CDLIB
Step 5 Installation is processing


Step 6 Click ˇ§Finishˇ¨ to run CDLIB 4.0


Step 7. Each Machine has a unique ID number in the IC chip, that is why
CD Library software is able to know which is which.
This CD Library machineˇ¦s unique ID number is 22139, you can give it a name.


Step 8. Installation success





Start CD Library 4.0 software

Important!
Windows Vista is a much higher safe security operating system,
Vista does not allow CD Library 4.0 to backup database to root ˇ§C:\ˇ¨ or others in ˇ§C:\Windowsˇ¨.
Except for ˇ§C:\Program Files\CDLIBˇ¨
(unless you use administrator right, you can backup database to anywhere.)

So it is strongly recommend that you backup destination to ˇ§D driveˇ¨
Or ˇ§C:\Program Files\CDLIB\Backupˇ¨

How to run CD Library 4.0 as Administrator right?
Right click on the CD Library 4.0 icon on the desktop, and select ˇ§Propertiesˇ¨.
In ˇ§Compatibilityˇ¨ tab, choose ˇ§Run this program as an administratorˇ¨
There are several ways to start CD Library 4.0


1. Click shortcut ˇ§CDLIBˇ¨ icon on the desktop.


2. Click ˇ§Startˇ¨ -> ˇ§All Programsˇ¨ -> ˇ§CDLIBˇ¨ -> ˇ§CDLIBˇ¨


3. Go to C:\Program Files\CDLIB to execute CDLIB.exe directly.
