When you are selecting a CD, the CD Library will spin to that specific number and the CD Library will pull out the CD. Then you can retrieve the CD and put CD into your CD-ROM drive or DVD drive. CD Library is a totally new concept to manage your CDs.

For this demand, you need 2 CD Libraries to set up your storage system. Put the other 100 CDs into the 2nd CD Library. The first CD Library will be set as ID1, and the second CD Library will be set as ID2. All the database for these 250 CDs will show on our CD Library software. The CD Library can be stackable as well if you don't have enough space for locating the units. You only need tiny space to build your storage system.

Yes, CD Library works with computers via USB port. One computer can control 127 CD Library for maximum. That means you can use CD Library to control 19050 CDs for total if all units are connected.

No, CD Library no only can work with computer, but also can operate it manually. Just dial the knob on the CD Library and users can see the number changes on the display. We also provide a book called Management Form. People can use this form to set up their storage system if they will use the CD Library manually.

There are 5 ways you can search CD by using CD Library. You can search by title name, category, content, remark, and pictures. Just click the search tab and you can select the way you preferred to search your CDs.

Just go to search tab, and search again for your CD. The CD Library will posit that slot and you can put it back. You won't miss the slot to put wrong place.

No, CD Library can't recognize each CD in the box, since CD Library doesn't have a reader in it.

Yes, our CD Library software can switch to 8 languages. We have English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Arabic. The default language is English, users can change to the language they are familiar.

No, the CD Library now only works with PC system ONLY. Macintosh computer is not compatible at this moment. We have another item that support Macintosh which is CD Library II (DC-300).

Please check the CD enclosed with the package. We have a video to tell you how to install it. Put this CD into your CD-ROM drive and find a folder called MOVIE. There is only file in this folder called movie.mpg, just double click it. Then you can see this short video.

CD Library software only works with "Administrator Mode" in Windows 2000 and XP (First Edition).

Each CD Library machine has a unique number inside the chip, software will be opened once the number has been found. There is a file called "dbid.txt", which can be found in C:\Program Files\CD Library You will see the first line represents for first CD Library machine, second line represents for second CD Library machine. In the software you need to build database as ID1 and ID2...... When you click ID1, Slot 1 to 150, you are controlling first CD Library machine; When you click ID2, slot 1 to slot 150, you are controlling second CD Library machine.

Sorry, the CD Library software only can be used in one PC, it is not a network software.
